Town of Tyringham Conservation Commission Notice is hereby given that the Tyringham Conservation Commission will hold a remote public hearing on January 11, 2023 at 7:00 PM via Zoom to act on a Notice of Intent filed by Greylock Design Associates on behalf of Greg and Beth Troiano, Map 202, Lot 40, for 3 Coopertown Road. The applicant wishes to install a new single-family home with all related amenities and utilities. The proposed house will be located approximately 60' from the MAHWL of Goose Pond at its closest point. Copies are on file at the Town Hall and can be viewed Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 2 PM. A live link to the Zoom meeting can be found on the Conservation Commission's agenda on the town's website www.tyringham-ma.gov. All interested persons should attend the public hearing or submit comments in writing to the Conservation Commission at tyrcc@bcn.net.
