Town of Tyringham Conservation Commission Notice is hereby given that the Tyringham Conservation Commission will hold a remote public hearing on July 11, 2024 at 7:00 PM via Zoom to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Mike Kulig of Berkshire Engineering on behalf of N. Grossman, Map 202, Lot 34, 10 Lakeside Drive. The applicant wishes to perform a septic system upgrade. Copies are on file at the Town Hall and can be viewed Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 2 PM. A live link to the Zoom meeting can be found on the Conservation Commission's agenda on the town's website www.tyringham-ma.gov. All interested persons should attend the public hearing or submit comments in writing to the Conservation Commission at tyrcc@bcn.net.
