WILLIAMSTOWN CONSERVATION COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS THURSDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2022 The Williamstown Conservation Commission will meet on Thursday, December 8 at 7:00 PM via Zoom and at The Municipal Building, 31 North Street. The Commission will consider, subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (310 CMR 10.00) and MGL Chapter 141, 40, the following applications: 7:00 PM A Request for Determination of Applicability for Brian Florence for property at 93 Candlewood Drive. The applicant proposes the construction of a 20 x 40 foot accessory building to be used as a artists studio and storage. Work will occur in buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetlands, Parcel 122 - 34. 7:00 PM A Request for Determination of Applicability for Massachusetts Electric Company (DBA National Grid) for land at 167 Blair Road. The applicant is proposing to install one (1) new service pole (Pole 11-2) and remove one (1) tree for associated new overhead line clearances The proposed work will occur within Riverfront Area of the Green River, and buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetlands, Parcel 206 - 62.
