BECKET: Pursuant to MGL, Ch. 40A, Sec. 11, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at Becket Town Hall, 557 Main Street; Becket, MA, on Wednesday May 8, 2024 at 6:00 PM to review a Special Permit application submitted by Amber Construction for House of Dragon LLC. The applicants seek relief from Section 3.4.7.2 of the Becket Zoning Bylaws for demolition of an existing nonconforming 18"x26" accessory structure. Both the existing and reconstructed structures are solely for legal accessory and storage uses. Map/Lot:202/33 152 Greenwater Dr. Any person interested or wishing to be heard should submit comments, in writing, to the Becket Planning Board at 557 Main Street; Becket, MA 01223. The hearing will be held via ZOOM and in person. Please note that while an option for remote attendance and/or participation is being provided as a courtesy to the public, the meeting/hearing will not be suspended or terminated if technological problems interrupt the virtual broadcast, unless otherwise required by law. Failure to make recommendations on the matter for review shall be deemed lack of opposition thereto.
