HAPPY 19TH BIRTHDAY RYAN MICHAEL LAPIERRE What a year this has been, sure is one to remember all that's happened-or not-since this day last December. Many things were curtailed, NO BASEBALL AT ALL-PHS graduation, UHartford in Fall. Let's wind back a bit to the Spring we let pass-graduation was smaller, but treated with class. From the sign on the school to the tributes from city, you were honored and feted though it wasn't as pretty. Your entrance to college, while maybe was quiet, didn't stop you from thinking, "Oh yes, let's just try it!" We were proud of you all and the way you accepted the distance required but still stayed connected. Bonds of family and friendship remained very strong even though 2020 seemed strange, and so long. Some highlights to mention, I'm sure there are more, are the masked driveway visits I viewed from my door! And the beard that you grew, (it had a short stay) but gave us a glimpse of the man of today! You did well in your studies, worked out and made friends, and though we are waiting to see that this ends, The important things cherished remained strong and true, the love of your family who celebrate you, The age-old tradition of candles and singing, with hope in our hearts for what next year's bringing. And the wishes that each of us give you today, for a wonderful birthday, we love you, OLE!
