City of North Adams Joint Public Hearing Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) The North Adams Office of Community Development (OCD) will conduct a joint, or a two-part, public hearing on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers, Room 106, in City Hall. The purpose of this joint hearing is to firstly provide a performance update on the city's grant activities within its FY'2021 CDBG grant year, and upon the conclusion of that, to provide a second hearing on the its CDS (Community Development Strategy) that will help with the future preparation for its FY'22 and '23 CDBG grant rounds to the state Department of Housing and Community Development.
