City of Pittsfield Notice of Special Permit Public Hearing Community Development Board The Pittsfield Community Development Board will hold a public hearing on the application of Lipton Energy for a special permit under Article 23-6 of the Zoning Ordinance (Floodplain District) for property located at 36 Industrial Drive (assessor map H6-5-215). The request is related to construction activities in the floodplain resulting in two new above ground fuel storage tanks. The Community Development Board public hearing will be held remotely on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, 18, and state and federal orders and guidance imposing strict limits on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Community Development Board will be conducted exclusively via remote participation through Zoom (Meeting ID 915 7137 3882).
