Town of Tyringham Conservation Commission Notice is hereby given that the Tyringham Conservation Commission will hold a remote public hearing on September 8, 2022 at 7:00 PM via Zoom to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Morningside Properties, LLC, Map 405, Lot 19, for 128 Jerusalem Road. The applicant wishes to remove invasive plant species in and around the "farm pond". Sediments will be removed from the pond. Sediments and invasive materials will be removed from site. Copies are on file at the Town Hall and can be viewed Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 2 PM. A live link to the Zoom meeting can be found on the Conservation Commission's agenda on the town's website www.tyringham-ma.gov . All interested persons should attend the public hearing or submit comments in writing to the Conservation Commission at tyrcc@bcn.net.
