ADVERTISEMENT TO BID The Lenox Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the Partial Roof Replacement in Lenox, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Bradley Architects Inc. The Project consists of: Removal of existing 3-tab asphalt shingles and replacement with 3-tab asphalt shingles to match existing. Replace any rotted plywood roof sheathing. The work is estimated to cost $77,988. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L c.149 26 to 27H inclusive.
