Nutter & Company, dated September 26, 2007, and recorded in the Berkshire County (Middle District) Registry of Deeds in Book 3934, Page 131 and now held by the Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status.
