TOWN OF DALTON LICENSING BOARD Notice of Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Licensing Board has received an application for an ALTERATION OF PREMISES to their current On-Premise, All Alcohol License from the BENJAMIN F SULLIVAN POST 155 AMERICAN LEGION, 258 NORTH ST, DALTON, MA 01226 to include their outdoor areas for alcohol consumption and service. The proposed additional premise is as described: 1950 sq ft pavilion area, which encompasses a kitchen, ladies restroom, men's restroom, storage room, 480 sq ft garage and 660 sq ft canopy as well as the baseball field and parking lot.
