TOWN OF EGREMONT ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS PUBLIC HEARING On Thursday, July 7, 2022, at 5:30PM the Egremont Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the application for an amendment to the special permit issued in June, 2019 to New Green LLC for a retail marijuana shop located at 71 Main Street, in accordance with Egremont Zoning Bylaw 4.3.1.5. Board members may be present in-person at Egremont Town Hall, all others participating via Zoom.
