City of Pittsfield Pittsfield Community Development Board Notice of Special Permit Public Hearing The Pittsfield Community Development Board will hold a public hearing on the application of Ricci Mancivalano for a Special Permit under Article 23-4 Section 4.307 (Corner Lot Variation), of the Pittsfield Zoning Ordinance for property located at 19 Westover Street. The applicant seeks relief under Section 4.307 to modify the setback requirements on the property in order to treat the frontage on Endicott Street as if it was a side setback. The applicant proposes to construct a six foot high fence in the area that would currently be located in the Endicott Street front setback. The Community Development Board public hearing will be held at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, July 21st, 2026, and conducted through the Microsoft Teams Platform - access information can be found on the posted agenda or by contacting tkozlowski@pittsfieldma.gov.
