CITY OF PITTSFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will give a hearing at the Pittsfield City Hall, Council Chambers, on Wednesday November 19, 2025, at 7:00 P.M., to all parties interested in the petition of Saxton Signs LLC - CW Acquisitions LLC, requesting Variance from the requirements of Article 23 Section 4.203 of the Zoning Ordinance and exception from Article 25 Section 4.4 of the Sign Ordinance to allow construction of a 20-foot-tall freestanding sign in the required front setback, 5 feet from the property line. The premises affected are located at 1685 W Housatonic Street and is in the I-L zoning district.
