Saulnier R.L.S., Clarksburg, MA, which plan is on file in the Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds as Plan 192 in Drawer #4; Together with and subject to the rights and conditions contained in a Variance granted by the City of North Adams, dated November 23, 1993, recorded December 14, 1993 in the Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds in Book 875, Page 612; Subject, also, to any and all easements of record; and subject, also, to easements, covenants, restrictions, recorded with said Registry of Deeds in Book 886, Page 602. Meaning and intending to convey and hereby conveying in mortgage, all and singular, the same premises conveyed to the Grantor herein by deed from Fannie Mae a/k/a Federal National Mortgage Association, dated May 21, 2019, and recorded in Northern Berkshire District Registry of Deeds in Book 1682, Page 715.
