CITY OF PITTSFIELD NOTICE OF ZONING AMENDMENT PUBLIC HEARING PITTSFIELD COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BOARD AND CITY COUNCIL The City of Pittsfield in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L Chapter 40A, Section 5, hereby gives notice to all interested parties that a public hearing will be held by the Community Development Board on a petition from the Community Development Board to amend City Code, Chapter 23 (the City of Pittsfield Zoning Ordinance), replacing the term "Planning Board" with "Community Development Board". The amendment also includes this identical change within Chapters 2, 6, 11, 19, 20, 22, and 24 of the City Code. The Community Development Board public hearing will be held virtually on June 21, 2022 at 6:00 pm. The City Council will hold its public hearing on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 6:00 PM in City Hall Council Chambers, located at 70 Allen Street. The petition is on file at the City Clerk's Office, Room 103, and the Department of Community Development, Room 205, City Hall, and may be viewed during regular business hours (Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
