Town of Tyringham Conservation Commission Notice is hereby given that the Tyringham Conservation Commission will hold a remote public hearing on June 9, 2022, 7:00 PM, via Zoom, to act on a Notice of Intent filed by White Engineering, Inc. on behalf of Nathan Shaffer, 17 Cooper Creek Road, Map 202, Lot 71, The applicant proposes to demolish the existing house and build a new house, driveway, septic system, well, and associated site work including a dock on Goose Pond. Copies are on file at the Town Hall and can be viewed Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 2 PM. All interested persons should attend the public hearing or submit comments in writing to the Conservation Commission at tyrcc@bcn.net. Failure to make recommendations on the matter for review shall be deemed lack of opposition thereto.
