Town of Tyringham Conservation Commission Notice is hereby given that the Tyringham Conservation Commission will hold a remote public hearing on June 9, 2022 at 7:00 PM via Zoom to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by David Cohen, Map 202, 26 Lakeside Drive. The applicant wishes demolish and reconstruct the existing garage located 90' from the Goose Pond resource area. Copies are on file at the Town Hall and can be viewed Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 2 PM. A live link to the Zoom meeting can be found on the Conservation Commission's agenda on the town's website www.tyringham-ma.gov. All interested persons should attend the public hearing or submit comments in writing to the Conservation Commission at tyrcc@bcn.net.
