TOWN OF HINSDALE PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Hinsdale Planning Board will conduct a public hearing pursuant to MGL 40A, Section 5, on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at 6:30 pm in the 1st floor Community Room at Town Hall (39 South St). Purpose of the hearing is to review/consider a special permit application from Green Patriot, LLC (Joseph McCarthy of Ipswich, MA) to develop a 10,000 square foot outdoor marijuana cultivation facility at 110 Bullards Crossing Road on land previously used for the same type of facility.
