TOWN OF DALTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40, the MA Wetlands Protection Act, the Dalton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at 7 pm, via virtual Zoom meeting to review a Request for a Determination of Applicability submitted by SK Design Group, Inc. on behalf of Berkshire Gas. The proposed work includes removal of the pressure regulator located at 460 West Housatonic St and the installation of new equipment at 484 West Housatonic St, immediately adjacent and within the existing utility easement.
