CITY OF PITTSFIELD PURCHASING DEPARTMENT REQUEST FOR SERVICES The City of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, acting through its Mayor and its Purchas-ing Agent, will receive sealed bids for: RFS #26-040 Owners Project Manager Services for John C. Crosby Elementary School Estimated Cost: Negotiated The City is soliciting proposals from qualified professional full-service firms to perform Owners Project Management Services for the construction of the John C. Crosby Elementary School. Proposal procedures will be in accordance with the latest edition of M.G.L. Chapter 149, Section 44A 1/2. All Proposers may obtain a copy of the Request for Services (RFS) at the Purchasing Office after 9:00 AM February 4, 2026. A briefing session is scheduled for 10:00 AM on February 9, 2026 at Crosby Elementary School, 517 West Street in Pittsfield. Proposals will be received until 2:00 P.M. February 18, 2026. Any proposals received after the specified time will not be accepted. All proposals will be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "SEALED PROPOSAL ENCLOSED RFS#26-040 OPM Services for Crosby Elementary School". Said proposals will be addressed to the Purchasing Agent, Room 102, City Hall, 70 Allen Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201. The City of Pittsfield Purchasing Agent reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids shall be valid for 60 business days after the bid receipt date. Also reserved is the right to reject, for cause, any bid in part or whole, if it is judged by the Purchasing Agent that the best interests of the City will be served thereby.
