Lee Public School District Notice to Bidders The Lee Public School District (LPSD), 300 & 310 Greylock Street, Lee, MA 01238 invites the submission of sealed bids for services related to the Telescopic Stand Installation & Interior Painting of the Lee Middle and High School (LMHS) Gymnasium, at the above addresses. The Invitation of Bids (IFB) may be obtained from the Facilities Director's office at 300 Greylock Street from 9 am to 2 pm local time, Monday through Friday beginning on 04/29/2022. A mandatory pre-bid site assessment must be arranged with the Facilities Director, Jordan Meyer at 413-243-2780 ext. 2209 or by email at JoMeyer@LeePublicSchools.net. Sealed Bids will be received until 05/25/22 at 12:00 pm, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read. If the LPSD is closed due to inclement weather or another emergency, the deadline for receipt of Bids will be extended to the time above on the next business day the business is open. All Bids shall comply with the IFB issued by the Lee Public School District. The District reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids in the best interest of the District. Any Bids submitted will be binding for thirty (30) days subsequent to the time of bid opening.
