Mount Greylock Regional School District is seeking the services of a qualified Owner's Project Manager as defined in Massachusetts General Laws (M.G.L.) c. 149 44A 1/2 to provide Owner's Project Management Services for the design and construction of the Mount Greylock Regional School Field and Track in Williamstown, Massachusetts. The Owner is requesting the services of an Owner's Project Manager to represent the Owner during the design phases, construction documents, bid and award, construction and final closeout of the Project. The Request for Services may be obtained by email request to jbergeron@mgrhs.org on or after May 4, 2022 at 10:00am and sealed responses must be received by May 18, 2022 at 10:00am. The contract will be awarded by the School Committee of the Mount Greylock Regional School District and the School Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Ad# 65377 05/07/2022
