Town of Tyringham Conservation Commission Notice is hereby given that the Tyringham Conservation Commission will hold a remote public hearing on May 12, 2022, 7:00 PM, via Zoom, to act on a Notice of Intent filed by Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Dept of Fish & Game, Office of Fishing & Boating Access for the public boat ramp located on Ridge St., at the R.O.W. between Map 202, Lots 38 & 39. The applicant proposes installing a concrete walkway and floating boarding dock system. Copies are on file at the Town Hall and can be viewed Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 2 PM. All interested persons should attend the public hearing or submit comments in writing to the Conservation Commission at tyrcc@bcn.net. Failure to make recommendations on the matter for review shall be deemed lack of opposition thereto.
