The Mount Washington Conservation Commission in accordance with MA DEP Act MGL 131 S40 will hold a Public Meeting on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Manuel Rodriguez for proposed work located at 463 East Street. Said work is for a swimming pool, deck extension on a preexisting residence and new accessory building located within riverfront area. Meeting will be held at town hall, 4/26/2022 at 7pm.
