Town of Sandisfield PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Sandisfield Select Board will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 24 at 7 p.m. at the Old Town Hall, 3 Silverbrook Road, Sandisfield, Massachusetts to receive public comment on the application of Berkshire Mountain Cannabis, LLC for a special permit to locate an Adult Use Marijuana Retail Establishment at 88 South Main Street under Section 5 of the Zoning Bylaw. A copy of the application is available for public inspection during business hours in the Town Clerk's Office in Town Hall, 66 Sandisfield Road and on the town website, www.sandisfieldma.gov/select-board. All interested persons are welcome to attend and comment on the application. The meeting space is handicapped accessible.
