Bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM EST, April 6, 2022 at which time they will be publicly opened. Mandatory bid walkthroughs will be conducted by appointment between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, March 16 through March 18, 2022. Technical drawings will be available on or about March 11, 2022.
