LEGAL NOTICE North Adams Public Schools invites bids for the provision of SCHOOL BUS TRANSPORTION. Bid specifications may be downloaded at www.napsk12.org by selecting MENU, Documents, Current Bids-or can be picked up at the North Adams Public Schools Central Office, 10 Main Street, Second Floor, North Adams, MA, 01247 on or after March 4, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. or by calling (413)776-1458 or emailing nancyrauscher@napsk12.org after said time. Completed bids are to be received by the North Adams Public Schools at its Central Office, 10 Main Street, Second Floor, North Adams, MA 01247, by 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 25, 2022 at which time all bids will be publicly opened in Conference Room 203 and recorded. All bids must be marked on the outside lower left-hand corner of the bidder's envelop "BID: SCHOOL BUS TRANSPORTATION NORTH ADAMS PUBLIC SCHOOLS." No bid(s) will be accepted after the above-stated date and hour. The North Adams Public Schools reserves the right to waive any informalities in any or all bids, or to reject any or all bids, if it be in the public interest to do so. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest price for the initial contract term, to be approved by the North Adams Public Schools School Committee.
