NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING DALTON PLANNING BOARD March 10, 2022 7:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Town Hall Callahan Room (with a Zoom link for remote participation) on March 10, 2022 at 7:00 pm for all parties interested in the proposed Drive-Through bylaw amendment. The amendment is proposed by the Dalton Development/Industrial Commission jointly with the Dalton Redevelopment Authority (DDIC/DRA). The amendment aims to make drive-throughs a permitted option for more businesses while concentrating the use to business and industrial zoned properties. Following discussion, a period will be open for public input. This input will be taken into consideration when writing the final draft of the bylaw.
