TOWN OF TYRINGHAM CONSERVATION COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the Tyringham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on January 13, 2022 at 7:00 PM, via a remote Zoom meeting for a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Thomas Touponce, 54 Lakeside Drive, Map 201, Lots 4 & 5. The applicant wishes to preform construction associated with replacing a failed septic system and construct an addition to the existing house. The proposed work will occur within the 100 foot buffer zone of the bank of Goose Pond. The area will be protected using erosion controls during construction. Copies are on file at the Town Hall and can be viewed Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 2 PM. All interested persons should attend the public hearing or submit comments in writing to the Conservation Commission. Failure to make recommendations on the matter for review shall be deemed lack of opposition thereto.
