Rosa to Greylock Federal Credit Union, dated June 8, 2010 and recorded in Berkshire County (Middle District) Registry of Deeds in Book 4554, Page 170 (the "Mortgage") of which mortgage U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee on behalf of and with respects to Ajax Mortgage Loan Trust 2021-B is the present holder by Assignment from Greylock Federal Credit Union to AJX Mortgage Trust I, a Delaware Trust, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB Trustee dated November 23, 2016 and recorded at said Registry of Deeds in Book 5888, Page 72, and Assignment from AJX Mortgage Trust I, a Delaware Trust, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB Trustee to U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee on Behalf of and with respect to AJAX Mortgage Loan Trust 2017-A, Mortgage Backed Notes, Series 2017-A dated June 21, 2017 and recorded at said Registry of Deeds in Book 6007, Page 307, and Assignment from U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee on Behalf of and with respect to AJAX Mortgage Loan Trust 2017-A, Mortgage Backed Notes, Series 2017-A to AJX Mortgage Trust I, a Delaware Trust, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, Trustee dated January 6, 2020 and recorded at said Registry of Deeds in Book 6563, Page 130, and Assignment from AJX Mortgage Trust I, a Delaware Trust, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, Trustee to U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee on behalf of and with respects to Ajax Mortgage Loan Trust 2021-B dated June 10, 2021 and recorded at said Registry of Deeds in Book 6935, Page 345, for breach of conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same, the mortgaged premises located at 139-141 Robbins Avenue, Pittsfield, MA 01201 will be sold at a Public Auction at 11:00 AM on February 8, 2022, at the mortgaged premises, more particularly described below, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, to wit: The land in Pittsfield, Berkshire County, Massachusetts bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the westerly line of Robbins Avenue, so-called, which point is one hundred and eighty (180) feet south of the intersection of Robbins Avenue and Bradford Street; Thence westerly on the southerly line of land of F. B. Bliss, now or formerly, eight (8) rods; Thence at right angles southerly sixty-seven and one-half (67 1/2) feet to the northerly line of Northern Avenue, so-called; Thence easterly eight (8) rods on said northerly line of Northern Avenue to said Robbins Avenue: Thence northerly on the westerly line of said Robbins Avenue, sixty-seven and one-half (67 1/2) feet to the place of beginning. For mortgagor's title see deed recorded with the Berkshire County (Middle District) Registry of Deeds in Book 2839, Page 164. The premises will be sold subject to any and all unpaid taxes and other municipal assessments and liens, and subject to prior liens or other enforceable encumbrances of record entitled to precedence over this mortgage, and subject to and with the benefit of all easements, restrictions, reservations and conditions of record and subject to all tenancies and/or rights of parties in possession. Terms of the Sale: Cashier's or certified check in the sum of $5,000.00 as a deposit must be shown at the time and place of the sale in order to qualify as a bidder (the mortgage holder and its designee(s) are exempt from this requirement); high bidder to sign written Memorandum of Sale upon acceptance of bid; balance of purchase price payable by certified check in thirty (30) days from the date of the sale at the offices of mortgagee's attorney, Korde & Associates, P.C., 900 Chelmsford Street, Suite 3102, Lowell, MA or such other time as may be designated by mortgagee.
