PITTSFIELD HOUSING AUTHORITY PUBLIC NOTICE - ADMISSIONS PREFERENCE CHANGES The Pittsfield Housing Authority (PHA) hereby provides public notice of proposed changes to its Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) for the Federal Public Housing Program and its Administrative Plan for the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP). The proposed changes relate to admissions preferences and may affect how applicants are selected and prioritized on PHA waiting lists. In accordance with HUD regulations, the proposed policy changes will be available for public review and comment for a period of forty-five (45) days beginning on the date of this publication. Copies of the proposed changes may be reviewed at the Pittsfield Housing Authority administrative offices during normal business hours and on the PHA website. Written comments may be submitted during the public comment period. All comments received will be considered prior to final approval by the PHA Board of Commissioners.
