Berkshire Metropolitan Planning Organization PUBLIC REVIEW AND COMMENT The Berkshire MPO is seeking public comment on the following: 2022-2026 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Amendment An amendment (1st amendment) has been proposed to the TIP to add Section 5307 transit funding for the following: 1) preventive maintenance $45,300 and 2) operating assistance $3,249,366. Add Section 5339 funding for the acquisition of 30 FT buses, $238,209 and other non-federal funding for fare collection upgrades, $257,134. Copies of the TIP and amendments can be obtained by: 1.
