TOWN OF LENOX Zoning Board of Appeals Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, January 21st at 7:00pm the Lenox ZBA will hear the application of Elizabeth Roche of Kimley-Horne and Associates for the Hampton Inn property located at 25 Mollie Way (Map 33, Parcel 1-4). The applicant is requesting a waiver from Site Plan Review under 3.5.3 of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw. The proposal involves repaving and restriping the existing parking lot, and relocating accessible stalls, loading zones, walkways and ramps to meet national ADA requirements. New impervious area is limited to 1125 SF, which is lower than the 2000 SF requirement to warrant a Site Plan Review waiver. The application materials are on file with the Lenox Town Clerk for viewing during normal business hours, and on the Town of Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals website.
