COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS The Trial Court Probate and Family Court Department Berkshire Division Docket No. BE20E0023 TO: Janet M. Hartman of Pittsfield, Massachusetts and all other persons interested; A Petition for Partition, #1, filed October 9, 2020, has been presented to said Court by Craig A. Benoit of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, representing that she holds as joint tenant an undivided part or share in certain real estate situate in Pittsfield, Berkshire County, Massachusetts, and described as follows: Property at 150 Longview Terrace, Pittsfield, Massachusetts, as described in a Deed in Book 5583, Page 333&c, described as: PARCEL 1: A parcel of land situated on Princeton Street, being Lot No. 108 on City of Pittsfield Assessors Map 232 on file in the office of the Board of Assessors, City Hall, Pittsfield, Massachusetts. PARCEL 2: A parcel of land situated on Rutledge Avenue, being Lot No. 118 on City of Pittsfield Assessors Map 232 on file in the office of the Board of Assessors, City Hall, Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Parcel 1 and 2 being Pittsfield Assessors' Parcel Identification No. K10-0008-007. PARCEL 3: A parcel of land situated on Longview Terrace, being Lots No. 134 and 126 on City of Pittsfield Assessors Map 232 on file in the office of the Board of Assessors, City Hall, Pittsfield, Massachusetts. PARCEL 4: A parcel of land situated on Princeton Street, beings Lots No. 133 and 135 on City of Pittsfield Assessors Map 232 on file in the office of the Board of Assessors, City Hall, Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Parcels 3 and 4 being Pittsfield Assessors' Parcel Identification No. K09-0001-028. The common title to said land is derived under deed of Janet M. Hartman, dated June 29, 2015, recorded with Berkshire Middle District Registry of Deeds in Book 5583, Page 333&c. setting forth that he desires that all of said land may be sold at public auction for no minimum price and praying that partition may be made of all the land aforesaid according to law, and to that end that a commissioner be appointed to make such partition and be ordered to make sale and conveyance of all, or any part of said land which the Court finds cannot be advantageously divided at public sale, for no minimum price and be ordered to distribute the net proceeds thereof in such manner as to make the partition just and equal. If you desire to object thereto, you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said Court at 44 Bank Row, Pittsfield, MA 01201, before ten o'clock in the forenoon on the 8th day of January, 2021, the return day of this citation.
