TOWN OF LENOX NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF SELECTMEN Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held by the Board of Selectmen in their capacity as Licensing Board on an application for the Alteration of Premises on an annual All Alcoholic Restaurant license which has been filed with the Local Licensing Board by WLS Restaurant Concepts, Inc. d/b/a Arizona Pizza Company for premises located at 395 Pittsfield Road, Lenox and consisting of a front dining room with four booths and 24 seats; rear dining with two sections with combined seating for 66 and front dining room bar with seating for 11. The outdoor dining area will be on the east side of the building with 9 tables and seating for 36 customers. An entrance and exit to the outdoor dining area will be on the east and west side of the outdoor dining area for a total of 4000 s.f. Applicant seeks to include the outdoor dining area in the description of the premises.
