City of Pittsfield Licensing Board - Public Hearing Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that a public hearing will be held on Monday November 30, 2020 at 3:30pm to consider the application from Fresh Powder, LLC d/b/a Bousquet Ski Area for the transfer of an Annual All Alcohol 7-Day Restaurant License from Tamarack Ski Corporation d/b/a Tamarack Room, at the premises located at 101 Dan Fox Drive. In accordance with M.G.L Chapter 138 12 and Governor Baker's Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, the public hearing will be conducted exclusively via remote participation through Zoom. Although no in-person attendance of the public will be permitted, the meeting will be accessible in real time on PCTV. The application is on file with the Licensing Board.
