MORTGAGEE'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by JOHN F. D'ALESSANDRO, JR. to GREYLOCK FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, dated September 3, 2004, and recorded on September 3, 2004, with the Berkshire Northern District Registry of Deeds in Book 1173, Page 285, which mortgage was modified by Modification Agreement dated July 25, 2017, and recorded in said Registry of Deeds on August 14, 2017, in Book 1631, Page 867, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder, for breach of the conditions of the said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing, the same will be sold at public auction at 11:00 a.m. on the Fourth (4th) day of November, 2021, at the mortgaged premises described below, to wit, 4 Griffin Hill Road, Savoy, Massachusetts, all and singular, the premises in said Savoy, Berkshire County, Massachusetts, described in said Mortgage, to wit: Bounded northerly by land now or formerly of Emerson L. Mason's estate; East by land now or formerly owned by A. Davis; West by land formerly of John Ames and now or formerly of Daniel Dawes containing two (2) acres, be the same more or less. Being the same premises conveyed to the Mortgagor herein by deed of Arnold R. Raney and Etta S. Raney to be recorded simultaneously herewith.
