Town of Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Special Permit from Section 5.3.5 "Nonconforming Single-Family and Two-Family Residential Structures" and 5.3.7 "Reconstruction after Catastrophe or Demolition" of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw for the property at 56 Cliffwood Street, owned by Thomas and Linda Petrocine, in the "R-30" zoning district (Map 46, Parcel 64) on December 2, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. The Special permit is to allow for demolition of a pre-existing, nonconforming single-family accessory garage and the construction of a storage shed in a new location that is less non-conforming.
