At the sole discretion of the Pittsfield Housing Authority, the contract may be renewed in one year increments for a total period not to exceed three years. Estimated contract value is $40,000/year Starting September 28th @ 8:30 a.m. documents & specification will be available for pickup at the Pittsfield Housing Authority, 65 Columbus Ave, Pittsfield, MA 01201 between 8:30 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday excluding holidays or by email williamschrade @pittsfieldhousing.org Written quotes will be received until 2 p.m., Wednesday, October 20th, 2021.
