RICHMOND CONSERVATION COMMISSION The Richmond Conservation Commission will hold a virtual on-line remote public hearing on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 7:00 PM to consider a Notice of Intent from Civil/Arc Design on behalf of the Town of Richmond Highway Department. The proposed work consists of clearing brush from the west side of an existing drainage swale. Sediment and debris will be removed to re-establish the normal channel and stop the overflow onto 79 View Drive. Persons wishing to access this on-line public hearing should consult the posted Agenda for instructions and access codes.
