TOWN OF CLARKSBURG CONSERVATION COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING The Conservation Commission in the town of Clarksburg will hold a public meeting pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on Wednesday September 15, 2021 at 630 pm, at the Clarksburg Community Center 712 West Cross Road. The purpose of the meeting is to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability from the Massachusetts Department of Transportation Highway Division, to stabilize an eroded bank at the outfall of a culvert at 731 River Road.
