Engelberth Construction, Inc. seeks qualified, SDO-certified MBE / WBE subcontractors and suppliers; and SCVOBE / VBE / PBE / LGBTBE / DOBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following project: Project: Berkshire Community College - One Stop Center Renovations / Roof Project Number: BCC1901 HC1 Location: Pittsfield, MA Owner: State of Massachusetts, Division of Capital Asset Management & Maintenance (DCAMM) Bid Date and Time: November 24, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. Project Description: The project includes renovation and addition to the first floor of the Field Administrative building and replacement of the roofing system on Field and the adjacent Koussevitzky Fine and Performing Arts Center at Berkshire Community College. Work will include complete demolition, hazardous material abatement of the existing first floor work area, enclosure of an existing covered exterior walkway, a small addition to provide a new entrance and lobby creating an enclosed connector between the Field building and adjacent Susan B. Anthony Student Center. The renovations to the existing space will provide new enclosed offices with new finishes. A fire sprinkler system will be installed for the entire first floor of the Field building. In addition to minor plumbing upgrades, a new heating, cooling and ventilation system will be installed. New electrical work will include new power, lighting, fire alarm, security, telecom/data and door access control. The following specific subcontractor trades / suppliers are requested: HazMat Assessment / Remediation, Selective Demolition, CIP Concrete Formwork, Polished Concrete Finishing, Cast Underlayment, Structural Steel Framing, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry / Architectural Woodwork, Architectural Wood Products, Thermal Insulation, Wood / Fiber Cement Siding Metal / Composite / Siding / Panels, Applied Fireproofing, Doors, Frames & Hardware, Translucent Wall / Roof Assemblies, GWB Assemblies, Tiling, Resilient Flooring / Carpet, Acoustic Treatment, Signage, Wall / Door Protection, Toilet / Bath / Laundry Accessories, Manufactured Fireplaces / Stoves, Safety / Fire Protection Specialties, and Window Treatments.
