TOWN OF TYRINGHAM, MASSACHUSETTS NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A Section 11 the Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on the application of Judy and Mark Usow, 63A Goose Pond Road. The application is a request for a Special Permit under Sections 6.1.3 and 6.1.4 to renovate an existing non-conforming cottage by rebuilding the cottage as a two-story home with upgrades to the roofline on the current footprint, adding a one story 24'X24' addition and a one story 24'X24' two car attached garage. All interested persons should attend the public hearing or submit comments in writing to the Board of Appeals. Failure to make recommendations on the matter for review shall be deemed lack of opposition thereto.
