TOWN OF LENOX ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday April 16th at 7pm the Lenox ZBA will hear the petition of Fourteen Sweet LLC for property at 14 Old Stockbridge Road (Map 43, Parcel 13) in the R1A Zoning District. The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit pursuant to section 5.3.5 of the bylaw to renovate the existing, non-conforming Single-Family Residence. The petitioner also seeks to demolish the pre-existing, non-conforming garage and construct a new two-story garage in a location that is less non-conforming. The application materials are on file with the Lenox Town Clerk for viewing during normal business hours, and on the Town of Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals website.
