CITY OF PITTSFIELD City of Pittsfield Community Development Board Notice of Special Permit Hearing The Pittsfield Community Development Board will hold a public hearing on the application of Lee Bank related to the construction of a new mixed-use building located at 180-184 South Street, consisting of a first floor bank and second floor residential units. The applicant seeks special permit approval for an exception for a maximum setback under Section 4.324 (Downtown Creative District) and a waiver of loading zone requirements under Section 10.2. The project will also require special permit approval by the City Council for a bank drive-through window under Section 7.841. The Community Development Board public hearing will be held in City Council Chambers in City Hall (70 Allen Street) on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at 6:00 PM by the Community Development Board A copy of the plan and application is on file at the City Clerk's Office, Room 103, and the Department of Community Development, Room 205, City Hall, and may be viewed during regular business hours (Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
