Burdick and Linda M. Burdick to Mortgage Electronic Registrations Systems, Inc., as nominee for Nations Lending Corporation, said mortgage dated December 5, 2012, and recorded in the Berkshire County (Northern District) Registry of Deeds, in Book 1499 at Page 241, and now held by Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, by virtue of an assignment from Mortgage Electronic Registrations Systems, Inc., as nominee for Nations Lending Corporation, to Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, dated February 23, 2017 and recorded in the Berkshire County (Northern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 1617, Page 521, for breach of the conditions in said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same, will be sold at Public Auction on June 23, 2021 at 1:30 PM Local Time upon the premises, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, to wit: THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN BELOW IS SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF BERKSHIRE.
