INVITATION FOR BIDS: The Town of Cheshire, MA will accept sealed bids per MGL Ch30, S39M from qualified contractors for Crack Sealing for various roads. Contractors must be prequalified by MassDOT in the class of work, Crack Sealing in the amount of $122,910. Sealed bids marked "Crack Sealing" must be submitted to the Town of Cheshire, Town Administrator, 191 Church Street Cheshire, MA 01225 no later than Wednesday September 23, 2026 at 2:00 PM at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Qualified bidders who are Minority/Women/Disadvantaged owned business enterprises are encouraged to apply.
