TOWN OF LEE MASSACHUSETTS PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 10, 2021 at 6:00pm in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 5 regarding an amendment from Section 199-2.4 (location of zoning districts) of the Lee Zoning Bylaw for the property at 525 Woodland Road, owned by Thomas M. Garrity and Steven A. Garrity, in the "CR" zoning district (Map 2 Lot 5) via Zoom. The proposed amendment would change zoning from Conservation/Residential to Industrial for the property at 525 Woodland Road.
