City of North Adams Public Hearing The North Adams Office of Community Development (OCD) will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 6:00 pm in the first floor Council Chambers, Room 106 of City Hall. The purpose of this hearing is to review and to receive commentary upon the same as to the City's proposed grant application to the FY'2026 CDBG Mini-Entitlement Program of the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities for roadway improvements to Sperry Ave and Lincoln Street, the demolition of certain buildings to eliminate blight and threats to public health and safety, and for assistance to social service agencies. Any person or organization present will be afforded the opportunity to comment. Written comments are also welcomed by close of business at 4:30 pm on March 27, 2026.
