Aerial Ladder Pumper Fire Truck MGL c44, 7 Loan Order That the City appropriates the amount of One Million Seven Hundred Fifty One Thousand Three Hundred Fifty One Dollars ($1,751,351) for the purpose of paying the costs of acquiring a new aerial ladder pumper fire truck, including equipment, and for the payment of all other costs incidental and related thereto, and that to meet this appropriation the Treasurer, with the approval of the Mayor, is authorized to borrow said amount under and pursuant to M.G.L. c.44, or pursuant to any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds and notes therefore, and to take any other action relative thereto. AND FURTHER ORDERED: The Treasurer is authorized to file an application with the appropriate officials of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts (the "Commonwealth") to qualify under M.G.L. c.44A any and all bonds of the City authorized to be borrowed pursuant to this loan order and to provide such information and execute such documents as such officials of the Commonwealth may require in connection therewith.
